How to fill it in

  1. Before the first point, write the event, date and court, the players' names, and who won the toss and what they chose.
  2. Write the serving order: the player who serves the first game is 1. In doubles, the order is 1 and 3 for one side, 2 and 4 for the other, and each side may change its order at the start of a set.
  3. For every game, write the server's initials in the Server row and tick the winner's box. The ↔ marks show the odd games, after which the players change ends.
  4. At 6–6, write the tiebreak points in the TB column, for example 7–5. Write the games won in the Games column when the set ends.
  5. In a match tiebreak, tick each point under the side that won it. The ↔ marks after points 6, 12 and 18 show when to change ends. First to 10, win by two.
  6. Write the winner and the score, for example 6–4 3–6 [10–8], and ask both sides to sign.

Printing and saving as PDF

The button opens your browser's print window with only the sheet on the page. To keep a PDF, pick Save as PDF (or Microsoft Print to PDF) as the printer. Choose A4 or US Letter above so the sheet fits the paper. Names typed into the sheet are printed; empty fields print as lines to write on.
